3.0 Stub Driver

3.0 Stub Driver

LOST
Owners Rating:
The 3.0 Stub Driver, developed in collaboration with Kolohe Andino, is a high-performance shortboard derived from the Driver 3.0. Designed for elite surfers, it excels in small beach breaks with its relaxed entry and tail rocker, slightly wider nose, and deeper single to double concave for more lift when compared to its big brother. The board features a moderate/agressive rocker and a single to double concave combination for quick, easy release and fits seamlessly into small pockets. With soft, forgiving rails and more width overall, the 3.0 Stub Driver provides a smooth transition from the Driver 3.0, offering high performance in average to sub-par surf.

When it's pumping

  • Even with less rocker and wider nose area, compared to the Driver 3.0, the board can handle good waves pretty well.
  • The single to double concave allows smooth transitions rail-to-rail

When it's fair

  • Small waves? No problem! The board was built to high perform in average surf
  • The wider nose area for an HP surfboard increases paddle power and generates speed through flatter sections
