Under Your Feet
Fast off the take-off in a way that feels slightly unearned: you stand up and it is already going. The rail holds all the way through a full roundhouse with no chatter and no sense of it wanting to break free, yet it stays loose enough off the top that you are never wrestling it back into position. Forgiving underfoot for something this sharp, though it still expects you to be standing in roughly the right place.
When it's pumping
- Holds the rail through the whole arc of a turn, no bumping or buckling when you lean on it.
- Speed arrives instantly, so an open face becomes a question of where to put the board rather than how to get moving.
- Handles overhead surf without drama, and the round tail is there if you want more hold and a quad option for barrels.
When it's fair
- Surfs down far better than any Monsta before it, working in under shoulder high and even in a wave pool.
- Loose and drivey enough to project through dead sections instead of pumping your way out of them.
- It will grovel to a degree, but it is not a small wave board; genuinely gutless days still belong to something with more foam like the Xero Fusion or a Sub Xero.
